Tuesdays: Acute Care Walk-in Clinics

  • Patient sign up and medication refills begin at 3 pm, providers arrive at 6 pm
  • First come, first serve basis
  • For new as well as existing patients

1st and 3rd Thursdays: Diabetic Clinics

  • Continuous care for diabetic patients
  • 9 am- 2 pm
  • Appointments for existing patients only (except under certain circumstances)

2nd and 4th Thursdays: Follow-up Appointment Clinics

  • Follow-up care for chronically ill patients or patients who have been seen previously on a Tuesday
  • 6 pm- 9 pm (Medication refills as early as 5 pm)
  • Mental health provided
  • Appointments for existing patients only (except under certain circumstances)
